AI Opponent

Bots are computer-controlled players that can join your room and play a match like any other opponent. They are useful when you want to practice, learn a map, test a setup, or fill empty battle slots without waiting for other players.

  1. Start a new game or open a room where you are the host.
  2. In the room lobby, click Add Bot.
  3. The bot joins an open battle slot immediately.
  4. Start the match when everyone is ready.
  1. In the room lobby, find the bot in the player list.
  2. Click Remove bot next to that player.
  3. The slot becomes available for another bot or a human player.

Bots are easy to spot in the lobby and during the match:

  • They are marked with a robot icon.
  • Each bot gets a random display name for that match.
  • Bots show as ready automatically in the room lobby.

If the ruleset uses factions, the host can also choose or change a bot’s faction before the game starts.

Bots take their turns automatically and usually move quickly. They follow the normal rules of the match, so they can move units, attack, capture territory, and play toward victory just like any other player.

Bot names may change from match to match, but they are still AI-controlled players. The name is only for flavor and makes it easier to tell different bots apart.

  • Bots can be added or removed only before the game starts.
  • Bots use the same room rules as the rest of the match.
